What Working Together Looks Like

I work in packages. No casual one-off consults, no quick fixes, no guessing.

Real change in your hormones, gut, metabolism, energy, skin, or mood takes time. Your body didn't land here overnight and it won't recalibrate overnight either.

Most of the women I see have been doing the rounds for years. GPs, specialists, a few supplements from the health food shop, maybe a past naturopath who put them on a protocol and waved them off.

They're tired of starting over.

A package gives us enough runway to do the work properly. We look at your full health picture, run the testing that makes sense for you, build a treatment plan around your biology and your life, and follow it through.

You get consistent clinical support, access to practitioner-grade supplements & herbal medicine, functional testing where it's warranted, and a naturopath in your pocket between consults so you're never left wondering what to do when something new comes up.

If you want to talk things through before you commit, I offer a free 15 minute Clarity Call. If you already know you're ready to book, you can go straight into a package

Start Here:

The Clarity Call

Optional, and completely free.

A 30 minute call to work out whether I'm the right person to help you with what you're dealing with, answer any questions you have, and give you a feel for how I work before you commit to a package.

If you already know what you want, feel free to skip this and book directly into a package.

Before the call, you'll fill in a short application form covering your main concerns, what you've tried, and what you're hoping to change.

That way we can hit the ground running.

What you'll get out of it:

A sense of whether I'm the right practitioner for your case

Space to ask any questions about the packages, the process, or how I work

A recommendation on where to start, with no pressure to book anything on the spot

Option 1:

The 6 Month Naturopathic & Nutritional Medicine Package

My core package. Six months of clinical naturopathic care, because real, long-lasting change doesn't happen overnight.

After eight years in clinical practice, I've found that a six month minimum is the sweet spot.

It gives us enough time to work through the root causes, see your body respond, adjust the plan as things shift, and embed the changes so they actually hold.

Two or three cycles to see hormonal and metabolic shifts.

Time to troubleshoot what's not working.

Time to build habits that stick when life gets busy.

If you're looking for a quick fix, this isn't it.

The way I design your treatment plan is built to be simple, realistic, and sustainable, so six months feels a lot shorter than it sounds.

5 x 1-1 Consultations

Initial Consultation

A detailed intake form goes out before we meet, so by the time you're on the call I already have a full picture of your health history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle.

We use the consult to drill deep into all of it:

Every body system, one at a time

Your family health history

Any previous pathology and testing

Your current symptoms and what's bothering you most

Your health concerns, both the obvious ones and the ones you've been ignoring

Your health goals, what you actually want to feel and look like

How busy you are day to day

Your real capacity and how much time you've got to put towards your health

What's been keeping you stuck, whether that's information, habits, overwhelm, or mindset patterns

Most women tell me this is the most thorough consultation they've ever had.

Report of Findings Consultation

This is where I present your full treatment plan and prescription, and deep dive into what's actually going on inside your body.

You'll walk away with a clear understanding of what your symptoms mean, which systems are driving them, how they connect, and why the protocol I've built for you is going to work.

Everything is broken down into a simple, step-by-step process so you're not trying to overhaul your life in one go.

You'll know what to do first, what comes next, and when.

I want you starting your protocol from a place of clarity and motivation, not confusion or overwhelm.

I also use this session to answer every question you have, no matter how small.

You leave with your written treatment plan, your supplement script, a clear understanding of your body, and a clear roadmap of what to actually do.

Follow Up Consultations

Your follow-ups are where we do the ongoing work together:

Track your progress across symptoms, energy, mood, cycle, sleep, digestion, and whatever else we're targeting

Review any testing results as they come in and fold them into the plan

Update your protocol and move you on to the next step in your treatment plan

Adjust supplements, herbs, nutrition, or lifestyle recommendations as your body responds

Troubleshoot anything that isn't working or doesn't feel right

Work through any confusion, overwhelm, or mindset patterns getting in the way

Keep you motivated and supported through the parts that feel hard

Make sure you never feel like you're doing this on your own

By the time we finish your sixth month, you should have a clear understanding of your body, a protocol that's working, and the knowledge and habits to keep the momentum going.

Personalised Treatment Protocol

Tailored Nutrition & Diet Plan

Your personalised nutrition plan is built around what your body actually needs, not a generic template pulled off the internet. I look at:

Your current symptom picture and which foods will support the systems under stress (gut, hormones, thyroid, adrenals, liver, skin, metabolism)

Your blood sugar and insulin response and how to eat in a way that keeps you energised and stops the afternoon crashes

Inflammation levels and which foods calm versus flare your body

• Identifying Nutritional Gaps

Specific foods that support the systems we're working on, from cruciferous vegetables for oestrogen clearance, to omega-3 rich fish for brain and hormone health, to fibre for gut microbiome diversity

Foods to reduce or remove temporarily if they're driving symptoms, including histamine triggers, inflammatory seed oils, ultra-processed foods, and anything you're personally sensitive to

Practical eating patterns that suit your lifestyle, your schedule, and the reality of cooking for yourself, your partner, or a family

Your relationship with food, because restriction, perfectionism, and yo-yo dieting wreck your nervous system and your results, and we work on all of that too

You'll get a custom recipe book matched to your plan, so you're never staring at a protocol wondering what to cook on a Tuesday night. Real food. Things you'll actually eat. Nothing bizarre or impossible to source.

The goal is a way of eating you can sustain for life, that supports your biology, and that still lets you enjoy a margarita or pizza on a Friday night

Lifestyle & Nervous System Plan

Your nervous system runs the show.

When it's stuck in fight or flight, everything else struggles to work properly.

Your digestion slows down, your hormones go haywire, your sleep falls apart, your immune system drops, inflammation rises, and your body holds onto weight no matter what you eat.

Chronic stress is one of the biggest drivers of the symptoms women come to me with, and it's the piece most treatment plans ignore.

In this package, nervous system and lifestyle work is woven through your whole protocol, not tacked on at the end.

I give you clear, easy strategies that fit into your life:

•Vagus nerve support and reset techniques to activate the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state and bring your body out of survival mode

Breathwork protocols you can do in a few minutes when you feel your system ramping up

Nervous system regulation techniques that teach your body what it actually feels like to be safe and relaxed again

Sleep support, including circadian rhythm, light exposure, temperature, blue light management, and clinical strategies if your sleep is broken

Stress regulation strategies built around your life and your capacity, not some idealised version of a wellness routine

Movement recommendations that support your nervous system instead of adding more stress, because endless high-intensity workouts are doing many women more harm than good

Morning and evening routines that set your nervous system up for the day and wind it down at night

Boundaries, pacing, and energy management, because you cannot out-supplement a life that keeps your body in chronic survival mode

Everything is practical, specific, and achievable.

Easy strategies that take a few minutes, fit into your day, and work with your real nervous system load.

Most women start to feel the difference within the first few weeks.

When your nervous system is regulated, everything else in the protocol works better.

Your gut heals faster.

Your hormones balance more easily.

Your sleep improves.

Your weight starts to shift.

This is often the missing piece in every other protocol someone has tried.

Personalised Supplement and Herbal Medicine Protocol

Supplements and herbal medicine, when used properly, are two of the most powerful tools I have in clinic.

When used improperly, they're an expensive waste of time.

The difference comes down to two things: the quality of what you're taking, and whether it's the right prescription for your body.

Practitioner-only prescriptions

As part of this package, you get access to practitioner-only supplements and herbal medicines. These are the highest-quality, most clinically effective formulations available, and they're only accessible through qualified practitioners. They're the same standard used in clinical trials and research settings, a completely different tier to anything available on a chemist or supermarket shelf.

What sets practitioner-only prescriptions apart:

Therapeutic strength formulations that deliver real clinical results, not the tokenistic doses found in most over-the-counter products

Higher bioavailability, so what's in the bottle absorbs into your body and reaches the tissues that need it

Third-party tested for purity, potency, and contaminants, so you know exactly what you're taking

No cheap fillers, binders, artificial colours, or rubbish ingredients

Prescribed, not self-selected, which means the right product at the right dose for your specific clinical picture

Nutritional supplements

Targeted nutritional supplements are prescribed to address specific deficiencies, support key biochemical pathways, work with your nutrigenomic needs, and optimise your body's ability to heal and repair itself. Your prescription is built around your clinical picture, your symptoms, your test results, and the systems we're working on.

I prescribe the activated, most bioavailable forms so your body can absorb and use them properly. They're given at the right doses, at the right times, and in forms that work without the common side effects, for example, well-absorbed forms of iron for women who've been told for years to take iron but still can't get their levels to shift.

Where standard bloods or functional testing show specific deficiencies, we correct them with proper therapeutic doses designed to rebuild your levels, not the maintenance amounts you'd find in a multivitamin.

Herbal medicine

Herbal medicine is one of the oldest, most clinically powerful, and most evidence-backed forms of medicine in existence. It's also a significant part of what I do in clinic, and one of the most powerful tools I have for shifting things that nutrition and lifestyle changes alone can't.

Plants contain hundreds of bioactive compounds that work on the body in measurable, clinically validated ways. Alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenes, glycosides, polyphenols, saponins, essential oils, and many others, each with specific actions on specific systems.

This is why herbal medicine has been the foundation of human medicine for thousands of years, and why modern pharmaceutical research continues to validate, isolate, and build on plant compounds today.

Modern clinical research has produced hundreds of randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses demonstrating the effectiveness of specific herbs for specific conditions, including hormone health, sleep, mood, inflammation, gut function, stress, and cycle regulation.

When used correctly, herbal medicine works. Often faster than people expect.

How I use it in clinic:

Herbal medicine is prescribed in liquid extracts, tablets, capsules, or teas depending on what's clinically best and what works for your lifestyle.

Liquid herbal formulas are often the most powerful option and allow me to combine multiple herbs into a custom prescription made specifically for your body, your symptoms, and your treatment goals.

The areas I commonly use herbal medicine for include: hormone regulation, adrenal and nervous system support, gut healing, liver and detoxification support, thyroid function, immune modulation, sleep, anxiety and mood, and inflammation.

Think of herbal medicine as a prescription written for your body, not a one-size-fits-all bottle off a shelf.

Personalised to your body, not off a generic list

Your full supplement and herbal protocol is matched to your specific symptoms, your clinical picture, your test results, your genetics (if we've run DNA testing), and what your body needs right now. This isn't a generic list handed to every client.

It's targeted, sequenced, and designed to work with your protocol as a whole.

Ongoing adjustments across your package

Your prescription isn't locked in on day one. As your body responds, as we work through each step of your treatment plan, and as follow-up testing comes in,

I adjust what you're taking. Some things you'll take for a few weeks. Others you'll stay on longer. Some we'll stop entirely once your body has corrected.

This is how a real clinical protocol works, and it's why random supplement stacks from the internet rarely deliver results.

By the end of your package, you should know exactly what your body does and doesn't need, which supplements and herbs have moved the needle, and what a sustainable long-term plan looks like for you.

Supplements and herbal medicines are charged separately and are not included in package pricing. You'll only ever be prescribed what's genuinely needed, and I'll always explain the rationale and rough cost before you commit to anything.

Advanced Testing & Pathology

Functional and Advanced Testing

Where it's clinically warranted, I use functional and advanced testing to go deeper into the systems that drive your symptoms.

This gives us a much clearer picture of what's actually going on inside your body and lets me build a treatment plan around real data, not guesswork.

Types of advanced testing I use in clinic:

Comprehensive blood pathology panels covering a much wider range of markers than a standard GP request, including full iron studies, comprehensive thyroid panels, sex hormones, adrenal markers, inflammation, nutrient status, and metabolic health. I'll guide you on the best way to get these organised for your situation.

Comprehensive hormone testing to map oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol rhythm, and how your body is metabolising each hormone across the day and across your cycle

Gut and microbiome testing to look at your digestive function, microbial balance, inflammation markers, leaky gut, pathogens, parasites, and how well your gut is working

Food intolerance and sensitivity testing to identify foods that are driving inflammation, gut symptoms, skin issues, or fatigue

DNA and nutrigenomic testing for a deep dive into your genetic blueprint and how your biology handles nutrients, hormones, detoxification, and more

Organic acids testing for metabolic, nutrient, and mitochondrial markers

Advanced thyroid panels that go well beyond the standard TSH screen

Iodine, mineral, and heavy metal testing where indicated

I only recommend functional testing when it's genuinely going to change your treatment direction.

We decide together, based on your symptom picture and what's going to give us the most useful information for your case.

No unnecessary testing. No padding the bill.

Only what's going to move the needle.

Functional testing is charged separately and is not included in package pricing.

Blood and Standard Pathology Review

Whether I've ordered your bloods directly, or you've come in with a stack of tests from your GP, I read them through an integrative lens.

I have advanced integrative pathology training, which means I analyse your blood work completely differently to how standard medicine does.

Instead of only flagging what falls outside the lab reference range, I look for optimal levels across every marker, because there's a significant gap between "not sick" and "genuinely healthy."

A result can fall inside the standard range and still be contributing to your fatigue, hormone imbalances, poor sleep, weight issues, or low mood.

What I look for:

Optimal levels, not just in-range levels, because the standard lab reference range is based on population averages, not on where your body is functioning at its best

Relationships and ratios between markers, because your iron, thyroid, inflammation, blood sugar, and hormone markers all talk to each other, and the story is often in how they interact

Functional ranges, which are significantly tighter than lab reference ranges and more clinically useful for catching issues early

Patterns across multiple tests over time, which can reveal trends before they become "abnormal" on paper

Gaps and missing tests in what's been run previously, and the additional markers we need to get a complete picture

This is where years of experience pay off. I'll often spot things in standard bloods that have been sitting in someone's medical file for years, unaddressed, because on paper they fall within range.

Integrating everything, your symptoms, your history, your blood work, and any functional testing, is what builds the clinical picture that explains what's going on.

Progress Monitoring and Ongoing Testing

Across the six months, we track your progress in a few different ways, and use repeat testing where it's genuinely needed (not as a routine box-ticking exercise).

How I monitor progress:

Symptom tracking across energy, mood, sleep, cycle, digestion, skin, weight, stress, and whatever else we're targeting

Ongoing review of how your body is responding to the nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, and herbal protocol

Retesting markers when it will change the plan, typically around the midpoint or end of your package if initial results were significantly out of range or there's something specific we want to confirm has shifted

Running targeted follow-up tests if new symptoms emerge, if something isn't responding as expected, or if a deeper layer needs investigating

I don't retest for the sake of retesting.

Testing can be expensive, and I only recommend it when it's going to give us useful clinical information we couldn't get another way. I always keep your budget in mind.

Most women have one round of repeat testing across the six months, and some don't need any at all.

The plan gets adjusted based on what your body is telling us, clinically and on paper, not on a fixed testing schedule

Ongoing Support and Accountability

A Naturopath in Your Pocket

The support doesn't stop when you log off from a consult.

As part of this package, you've got direct online messaging access to me between sessions, so you're never left trying to work things out on your own.

What you can message me about:

• Questions about your supplements, your protocol, or something in your treatment plan you want to clarify

• New or shifting symptoms you want to flag before your next consult

• Quick check-ins when you're unsure whether something is a good sign, a normal adjustment, or something we need to look at

• Life curveballs that might affect your plan, travel, illness, a stressful period at work, a change in your cycle

• Small wins you want to share (these matter too)

This isn't replacement for a proper consult. Complex questions and deeper clinical conversations happen in your scheduled sessions.

But for the day-to-day questions that come up while you're following a treatment plan, having direct access saves you waiting four weeks with something bothering you, or worse, abandoning part of the plan because you weren't sure what to do.

Most women tell me this is one of the most valuable parts of working together.

Having a clinician in your corner, available between consults, changes how the whole package feels.

You're not on your own with your health anymore.

I endeavour to respond to client messages within 24-48 hours

Progress Tracking and Protocol Adjustments

Your treatment plan is designed to evolve as your body responds.

What works in month one often isn't what your body needs in month four.

Across the six months, we track your progress closely and adjust your plan accordingly, so you're always working on the right thing at the right time.

How we track progress:

• Symptom tracking across energy, mood, sleep, cycle, digestion, skin, weight, stress, and whatever else we're targeting in your case

• Check-ins on how your body is responding to your nutrition, lifestyle, supplement, and herbal protocol

• Review of any repeat testing that's been run, and what the results mean for the direction of your plan

• Honest conversations about what's working and what's not, so we can adjust rather than push through something that isn't landing

How your protocol evolves:

• Moving through each step of your treatment plan in a clear, sequenced order so you're never overwhelmed with doing everything at once

• Adjusting supplements and herbs as your body responds, adding in what's needed, reducing or removing what's done its job

• Refining your nutrition and lifestyle strategies based on what's practical, sustainable, and giving you results

• Shifting focus as one system stabilises and we move on to the next priority

This is the difference between a one-off protocol and a real clinical package.

Your plan stays alive and responsive across the full six months, and you're always moving forward.

Education and Clinical Resources

One of the most important things I want you to walk away with at the end of your package isn't just a body that feels better.

It's a real understanding of how your body works, what it needs, and why.

Education is woven through every consult and every interaction we have.

What this looks like in practice:

• Plain-English explanations of what's happening in your body and why you're getting the symptoms you're getting, so nothing feels mysterious or out of your control

• Understanding the "why" behind every recommendation on your treatment plan, because compliance is much higher when you know why you're doing something, not just that you've been told to

• Resources, handouts, and reading sent across the package based on what's relevant to your case, so you can go deeper on the topics that matter to you

• Clarity on your own results, whether that's blood work, functional testing, or DNA, so you can read them yourself and know what you're looking at

• Practical tools for tracking symptoms, managing your nervous system, supporting your cycle, or anything else specific to your protocol

By the end of the six months, you shouldn't just be feeling better.

You should understand your body, know what to do if things shift, and have the clinical literacy to make good decisions about your health going forward.

The goal is for you to leave this package more empowered, more informed, and more in tune with your body than when you started.

Mindset Coaching

Self-Sabotage, Limiting Beliefs, and Patterns That Keep You Stuck

Most women I work with don't struggle because they don't know what to do.

They know.

They've read the books, followed the accounts, bought the supplements, started the protocols.

What keeps them stuck is the pattern underneath all of it.

The all-or-nothing thinking.

The self-sabotage that shows up every time things start going well.

The limiting beliefs about their body, their worth, their ability to sustain change.

In this package, we work on these patterns as part of the clinical work, not as a separate extra.

Because you can have the perfect treatment plan, and it won't hold if the internal pattern underneath it is pulling in the opposite direction.

What we work on:

• All-or-nothing thinking that has you either "on the program" or "falling off the wagon," with nothing in between, and the shame spiral that comes with it

• Self-sabotage patterns that show up every time your body, weight, energy, or relationship with food starts to shift in a good direction

• Limiting beliefs about your body, your capacity to change, your worthiness of feeling good, and the stories you've been telling yourself for years

• Perfectionism and black-and-white thinking that make sustainable change almost impossible and keep you in a constant cycle of starting over

• The inner critic that turns every slip-up into evidence that you're failing, lazy, or broken

This isn't surface-level mindset fluff. It's the deeper work that makes the clinical protocol hold.

When the patterns shift, the results stick.

Healing Your Relationship with Food, Your Body, and Nutrition

Years of dieting, restriction, and being told your body is wrong have left most women with a relationship with food and their body that's exhausting at best and genuinely damaging at worst.

You can't build long-term health on top of that foundation.

We have to heal it.

This is some of the most important work we do together, and it's woven through every part of your treatment plan.

What we work on:

• Moving away from dieting and restriction as a default way of relating to food, and into a more sustainable, 80/20 way of eating that actually fits a real life

• Rebuilding trust with your body, especially if years of yo-yo dieting, restriction, or chronic symptoms have made you feel like your body is working against you

• Addressing disordered thinking around food, including food guilt, food rules, binge-restrict cycles, and the mental load of constantly thinking about what you're eating

• Shifting your relationship with nutrition from something that controls you to something that supports you

• Letting go of "good food" and "bad food" labels that keep you stuck in judgment and shame

• Working on body image and the running commentary most women have about their body in the background of every day

The 80/20 rule runs through everything I do, because restriction and perfectionism aren't health strategies.

They wreck your cortisol, your nervous system, your hormones, and your long-term consistency.

I want you eating well most of the time, genuinely enjoying your life the rest of the time, and feeling good about both.

A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space

One of the most common things women tell me after our first consult is that it's the first time they've felt properly listened to by a health practitioner.

No being dismissed.

No being told it's just stress or just hormones or just their age.

No shame about their weight, their eating, their lifestyle, or anything they've tried before.

In this package, you get a safe space to be honest about what's really going on in your body and your life, without filtering or sugarcoating it to protect yourself.

What this looks like in practice:

• Full honesty about your symptoms, your habits, your eating, and your lifestyle, without worrying about being judged or lectured

• Space to talk about the emotional side of your health journey, the fatigue, the frustration, the grief about your body, the exhaustion of trying

• No moralising, shaming, or finger-wagging about anything you eat, drink, or do.

The 80/20 life includes wine, margaritas, pasta, and cheese platters, and it always will.

• Room to change your mind, to push back on a recommendation, to ask questions, or to say something isn't working, without feeling like you're being difficult

• An honest relationship where we can have real conversations about what's working and what's not, and adjust as we go

The women I work with are smart, capable, high-functioning humans who are usually the ones holding everyone else up.

They don't need another person telling them what they're doing wrong.

They need a clinician who sees them, takes them seriously, and works with them.

That's what you get here.

If you're ready to work together, book your package below.
